DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF CANADA?
Of course! We ship internationally to most of the world.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
You will receive an e-mail notification during every step of the order process from payment to shipping. If you create an account on our website, you will also be able to check your order status online. Please keep in mind that our emails might go to your junk mail, so make sure to add us to your exceptions.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY EXISTING ORDER?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to change or cancel an existing order before it is shipped.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipping times depend largely on the standard of delivery you choose at checkout. Please visit the Canada Post link below and your local post office’s website to see approximate shipping times.
Orders on backorder or pre-order will take additional time to be shipped. You will be notified as soon as we receive the item and ship it to you.
I NEED TRACKED OR FASTER SHIPPING, IS IT AVAILABLE?
Tracking is available with some shipping options on checkout.
If your package is lost in transit and tracking was not included, we will not be able to assist in locating your package, nor will we refund your order. We may be able to send a replacement on a case-by-case basis if a reasonable amount of time has passed.
MY ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED YET. WHAT DO I DO?
If it has been longer than 10 business days outside of the delivery standard your package was shipped with, please contact us at email@example.com and we will try to sort out the situation to the best of our abilities. If you have selected a tracked and insured shipping option, please contact your local postal service. Please note that it is not our responsibility if an item is lost in transit or stolen.
WHAT IS THIS STORE’S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges; however, if you happen to change your mind before an order is shipped, we can definitely modify or cancel the order for you.
I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?
As long as the order has not been shipped, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work it out with you and offer a refund.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
If you have a problem with a recent order, please use the Contact Us link or email us directly at email@example.com. If the issue involves shipping damage or lost parcels, please contact your postal carrier for a remedy.
WHAT CURRENCY DOES THE STORE USE?
The store’s currency is United States Dollars.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER? IS IT SECURE?
Our checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
CAN YOU ADD MORE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We recently added Stripe, which gives users another way of paying with a credit card, debit card, and also adds support for services such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
CAN YOU DESIGN SOMETHING SPECIFICALLY FOR ME?
We do not have the time to do custom design work for creators other than our partners. However, we are still looking to expand our partner program, so if you are interested, please read the partner program section.
